How much is the shipping?

We offer a USD 5.00 flat rate shipping worldwide. 

 

How long does it take before the order is shipped?

Your order will be sent out on average within 3-5 business days after ordering.

 

How long does it take to receive the parcel?

Here is the estimated delivery time:

  • USA: 3-5 business days

  • Canada: 5-10 business days

  • International: 10-20 business days

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Shipping is $5.00, just like everywhere else.

Please note, that International shipments may incur customs fees.

For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

 

I did not receive my order. What should I do?

If your order didn't arrive, please let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we will be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at info@silverandfree.com with your order number. We'll see what can be done.

 

I got the wrong size. What should I do?

We do not take any returns since each item is made to order. So, please read size recommendations carefully and try to pick your right size before you buy. However, sometimes it does happen. If you are not happy with your shirt, please write us at info@silverandfree.com and we will settle it. 

 

My shirt is damaged! Print is not right! What should I do?

If your item is damaged or the print is not good, please send us a photo of the item. After that, we can offer you a refund or we will send you a new item. 

 

How should I care for my shirt or hoodie?

 Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
Do not dry clean.

 

How do you print your shirts?

We use direct-to-garment print.  Direct-to-garment, or DTG, is a printing method that sprays the ink onto the garment using inject technology. The inks then soak into the fibers of the garment. It’s sort of like printing on paper, except on clothing.

We use genuine Brother GT-3, water-based pigment inks. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe even for printing on children’s clothing plus they reduce environmental waste.

 

My shirt has a funny smell, what is that?

All inks used in the creation are water-based and eco-friendly.

We use a special fixation agent in the printing process so don’t worry if you notice a slight new shirt scent or some discoloration. It will disappear after the first wash.
